Arsenal beat Tottenham, but I’m not convinced
Arsenal beat Tottenham by a score of 2-1 at the Emirates on Wednesday, clinching the season sweep over their North London rivals for the second time in three years. The win helps Arsenal shake off their recent eliminations from both the FA and Carabao Cups and bring them back up to second in the Premier League table.
Arsenal’s early tests show needs and expectations
Arsenal drew with fellow contenders Manchester City 2-2 on Sunday afternoon, a result both sides have become all too familiar with in this fixture. The result caps off a tough road week in the early stages of the season. The Gunners beat their North London rivals Tottenham Hotspur 1-0 last Sunday, and drew Atalanta in the Champions League on Thursday.

Since then, the Blues have spent over $650 million bringing players into the club. After Saturday’s loss, they sit 10th in the Premier League.
